I am in the early stages of renovating my bathrooms, and was debating replacing our existing tile floors. The tiles themselves were ok, but dingy, and the grout was extremely discolored. Ray was able to get me on his schedule the very next week, and after cleaning the tiles and color sealing the grout, my floors look brand new!
