I wanted my carpets cleaned before we put the house up for sale. Ray fit us into his schedule – no problem. The carpets looked great. Two days later I noticed an odor – due to all the rain the carpets took longer to dry. I called Ray in a panic – I had a showing the next day. He came over and sprayed the carpets that were slightly damp. The next day, the odor was gone, carpets were dry and we received an offer for the house.
